Here's a possible route for CFC to follow.

6A is a 'safer' route but it only threatens Sudsptritze on the following turn with Flammburg on the turn after.

7 is not as 'safe' because GWT may have a galley floating in the area and since it requires the stack to be in a possble position to get spotted, GWT could move to block the designated LZ. But, it has the advatage of splitting up GWT forces as 3 different cities would be threatened on the following turn instead of just one.

Either is really a shot, but 6A is the safest of the two. I would personally go for 7 though.

I am posting this in the alliance forum so that CFC at least has SOME input from us!

Our new MOW is going to work with CFC on this. I posted the general plan at the CDG embasy forum today about us going north, them landing, and hoping CFC landing will give us an opening.

No more mistakes. We can't afford to screw up again.

Hopefully by now we've distracted a significant force of GWT units away from the east, hoping that we land so that they can crush us. This may yet be their biggest mistake, allowing CFC enough leeway to get Flammburg and/or Otternasenhausen (and then we follow up by landing from behind).

So it seems that we must decide what to get GCA to do - NOW, and tell them. We get the turn before they do, so we could hold it a bit if we need to convince them of anything.

Well CFC has been talking on and off for a week about going after GCA.

Donovan_Zoi seemed pretty adament about it in the last week.

So how does this dovetail into our plans now that CFC is going after GCA vice attacking the isthmus area????

I said in another thread that we should be engaging them more at the Embassy forum at CGN

I think CFC pretty much has to act seperately. GWT has seen our boats, and I don't think CFC will have much effect on our operations; I would imagine they have enough forces that they can manage to fortify their FP area and engage CFC at the same time, so long as they're willing to risk a third invasion in another area. I don't think CFC can signifigantly effect our changes of finding a landing spot. But if someone thinks it's urgent that they hold off and/or go for somewhere else, please present your case.

I believe the apathetic consensus was we go north, CFC lands in the Isthmus and then confuses GWT hopefully giving us a landing spot up north.

I posted his very thing at the embassy forum. Including the reasons why we should stick with a GWT attack.

Donovan_Zoi had it in his head (CFC GUY) that cfc should attack gca. Thats when I posted that we should engage allies more in the embassy.

Now it seems like CFC is going to attack GCA even though we have recommended against it.

So we had team consensus for a coordinated attack, now CFC is going to do there own thing.

We need to figure out what we are going to do now.

We will not be able to eliminate GCA either way. GWT can always harbor them somewhere else, and with 9-move Ansar, GWT's main mobile strike force will be all over CFC in no time. They only have, what, like 10 units landing? GWT's slowmover force could wipe that out before doing any real damage.

If they go after GCA they might get a city or 2 before being destroyed.

Well from the last chat I think its pretty much a done deal that CFC is going after GCA.

What I think we need to do now is figure out where the best place to hit GCA is, to give us the best chance of an opening, convince CFC to do that and then time our attempted landing accordingly.

I was just chatting with the ambassador for CFC on Yahoo and he says his team didn't know the save was sent to them...it was TWO DAYs ago. He says I got the address right and I forwarded the save directly to him anyways. Hopefully they will get it played soon!
