Yes, it's clear that about half the games in the PBEM forum are not progressing at the moment. Paddy is an important cog in in the PBEM wheel of progress

We need to start placing limits. Someone needs to tell Paddy he needs to limit himself by participating in a maximum of two democracy games and fifty ongoing PBEM games.

Aqua, methinks you need to drive over to wherever he is and tell him he must come back NOW. That, or bring a laptop with a wireless-cellular connection. And perhaps a comsat if it's not in cell range.

nah, it's 110 km/h in most states. In the Nothern Territory the limit is subjective, "responsible speed". So if you can responsible drive 1t 150 km/h you'll be allright. At least that is what I was told when I drove around Australia. They could have fooled me.
