Blue game MIGHT have a problem.

Or it could just be my rare type of colorblindness comming into play again (can't tell shades of same color apart), in which case I'll deal. But, I think Zargon and I may be the same color.

• The switching of the red and blue game has been corrected now. I have edited the post above. Blue is for ZargonX, red is for Beta.
  
• Beta - I have PM'ed you about the password. Should work fine now.
  
• Due to some colourblind programmer at Firaxis, the Byzantines and Japanese both have the dark-red (bordeaux) colour. I can fix this by editing the civilizations in the scenario file. Please stand by!
  edit: I have no idea how this happened. The default colour of the Japanese is dark green!!

Probably because the Celts and the Persians default colors are various shades of green as well. We just wanted to make it difficult for you BFM.

After the first successful turn of the Blue game, the second turn that arrived is the original again, where UnO is red! I am holding the save for the moment.

Should we find where along the chain the wrong save was sent, or should we just ignore the similar colour civs and go on?

I have the yellow, the computer must not have overwritten the red one properly. Saved to a different folder to avoid that and resending to MZ.

Just like I said I would in the thread in the PBEM forum this morning...don't know why you bring it up over here again now.

There seems to be a slight problem with the seafaring civs.

Somehow, I assumed that the starting locations near the coast would be appointed automatically by the computer to seafaring civs.

This, however, has not happened, and I neglected to check for it when I set up the games. This causes some seafaring civs to be not very close (though not too far either) to the coast (lakes not counted). However, the map is made in such a way that seafaring civs can put their advantage to use later on.

This is obviously a mistake by me. I should have checked it, and I take full responsability. Now - the question is: should I re-distribute starting locations? This obviously involves starting over again... :-(

I'd very much like the players' opinion on this issue.

Because of the mix-ups with color the blue team has only gotten through one turn anyway. So I don't think any of us will have a problem with re-starting.

The Yellow game has 3 civs with seafaring trait, Makahlua, Krill and me. Personally, I'm happy with my starting location, Krill apparently too, it therefore depends on Makahlua.

Ditto what Arnelos said. I'm in exactly the same position (figuratively speaking). Other civs might have a problem.

If Makahlua does not play the save anytime soon, I might be pressed into restarting...

Hey everyone remember this thread?

We are looking for a replacement for Arnelos in the "Green PBEM". Its not very far along only about 3500BC or so.

If you are interested please post in this turn tracker thread. I would of course prefer to keep it in the C3C ISDG family before I go outside and start asking.
