Only your other orders. I know from past experience that my chances of noticing my own errors are pretty much nil, so I think I'll have to rely on the other players for that. If I did make an error it's likely to be something big like completely shifting a set of orders, so it should be fairly obvious.

Which version do you want? The original Theben was an AD&D character of mine years ago. Extremely tough fighter, valiant, loyal, a leader, with a powerful hand-and-a-half sword swung with one hand, as a golem had destroyed his right arm. Well armored as well.

OR there's the Theben from an adventure written here in our very own OTF: Armed with a Sword of Litigation, a brassiere of protection (+5 vs. ferrets), and a Shield of Indifference- makes user immune to taunts, flame wars, and bad poetry. While our party was able to subdue the giant fire-breathing twin-headed ferret, it fell to a combination of tentacled bunnies and something akin to Vogon poetry. Alas that story is lost to the sands of time, for it was ****ing hilarious.

Now I am sitting here asking myself why I went for the KO against Doc. If I would have just stayed defensive....I would have made the finals. Damn, that was close.

Yeah you always crumble. Maybe you should change your NW city names to "I'll always" "be" and "Doc's beyatch".

Btw I had very high attack, since I went for the 2 prong KO. You would have needed very high defence (40+)indeed to defend. I figured you wouldn't want to do that for 2 rounds since I have caught you on the last (weakly defended round) in recent times.

A better counter to my orders would have been opening with 10 0 40 since I couldn't KO you in 1 round. This is what I was most scared of, but I had to take the chance.

For your gladitorial education, I feel I must point out that the orders you sent couldn't have achieved a KO. Regardless of what the Doctor did, they would have left him on at least 5HP...

You came closer with the second set (increasing the total possible damage from 45 to 50), but I think your addition (or possibly subtraction) was still failing you.
