Nope. I know quite a few UK people who have a higher IQ than that. That test had a ceiling of 152 for people over 60, and ~135 for people 20-29, IIRC.

Actually, in response to Berz' post, I wouldn't be surprised if Libertarians had higher IQs than the average. People who tend to think out their political theories to that degree tend to be slightly smarter in my experience. Same goes for all politically minded people really so the Libs shouldn't crow.
