farm under city bug allowed until (including) turn 52 and banned from (including) turn 53 onward, except for mathemagician, for whom it will be banned on turn 52 already.
modified from the standard text files:
Ruins per Box Chance: from 1.0 to 1.2
Ruins Width and Length (whatever they mean, i try to find out): from 6 to 8
Unit Heal Rate Outside of Cities: from 0.1 to 0.3
Gossip Chance: from 0.02 to 0.4
(whatever that means)
the last two are probably not effective as they are likely taken each turn from the respective text files, whereas the former two were used to determine the start map in the beginning.

im sorry that i sometimes overlook that a nexting is due.
but you need to play your turns people, then this wont be necessary at all !
and alex, if you are willing to quit a game because a few turns take a while, you better not join any large games in the first place.

i'll have to be patient then... anywayz if peeps miss their turns it's their loss not mine so why should i worry after all? but still a pbem is more fun if players make their turns regularly like i do! ;D
