I'm talking about all the jokes he'd crack with Republicans and Democrats, which everyone appreciated... such as when he was being carted in after he was shot and said: "I hope you are all Republicans" and when Nancy asked what happened: "I forgot to duck".

Seriously, calling Reagan someone without a sense of humor may just be the most idiotic thing you've ever said (and that's saying something).
