And yes Che there are loads of places that offer to go after the dead beat parent but there's a catch....isnt' there always. Here's the deal they take a percentage out of the money you are to be sent for child support. I used one of those agencies for a time and out of the $380 my ex was to pay for two children I saw $280. Do the math if they take 100 from each client (I"m sure it's a percentage of the support amount though) either way they are banking. And in alot of cases this is the only way the parent left holding the bag can have any hope of getting their money.

If they have an ex like mine then they spilt every time they are found. But again nothing like a little T.V. to liven things up. I timed it right. I wrote letters to everyone I could possibly think of. To then Gov. Bush (yeah he was so much help!) my congressman, state rep., every local newspaper and television station I could find as well as both of the local candidates that were running for Attorney General at that time. See I did this in an election year. I made sure someone heard my voice. Of course they used me for their own personal gain and sound bites but I used them to get my money back. Whose laughing now

And I was even nice and waived the $17,000.00 in interest fees charged by the state that I was entitled to. That was my ex's coup de gras. Here ya' go. Here's $29,000.00 now tell them I don't owe the interest and I'll give you your check if you don't then I won't pay.
