1152 x 864 on a 19'' monitor. I had it on a higher resolution prior, but it was hurting my eyes, so I switched.

I play games on a higher resolution, though.

1024 X 768 is what I use on a 19" monitor. Anything more, and the text becomes hard to read because it's so small.

As for games I even play games in 800 X 600. These are older games like Diablo2 and Baldur's Gate2. I tried Baldur's Gate2 in a higher resolution, but again, everything was too small for my liking. You can't see the details when everything is so small. Game like Neverwinter Nights I play in the same resolution as my desktop.
