Thank you, Foreman. Have you been neglecting your intelligence or is there a special reason that the Cybernetic Consciousness did not receive any Free Drone attention regarding the Cyborg Factory?

Elsewhere on Chiron, the infamous Provost Zakharov of the University of Planet seems to have lost control of his previously loyal followers. Cybernetic officials expect a full scale University civil war.

(Players, please take your time to go over the University bases to see a prime example of poor base management (drone control)! Perhaps the Free Drones now have the chance to take control of some defecting University bases?)

Edit: I forgot to mention that Zakharov has cancelled the Hunter-Seeker Algorithm and is now directing his efforts towards the Planetary Datalinks.

Man, hotmail sure is nasty to us. I checked for turns through 22:30 CST, which (assuming it will be at my home machine when I check this evening) means that it took several hours to arrive. Does it take that long to transfer files from Rubin to Net Warrior?

In general, I get the move within 1\2 hour of the post. Oddly, recently, Rubin's emails have been winding up in my junk mail folder, and they come in as "unknown". More recently though, they have been arriving in my in box again.
