Me too.

I'm not really a big fan of the special powers (although it does add variety to the players). And I also like open voting more than closed, as well. Although if you allow multiples in both games and you need more over here, I'll gladly still play.

Because Assassin is originally intended to catch overflow from the Mafia game. Thus, if you are already in Mafia, there's no need for you to play this game.

Anybody who signed up for this game and withdrew subsequently should be taken out and shot. But that's just my personal opinion

There never has been a player pool of 40 or so. If this game is to work it has to wait until people are killed in mafia, or allow players to play in both.

Thinking about it I support making this game as different from mafia as possible (ie keeping powers and closed voting) and making the game have no restrictions, with possible priority in signup given to people not in mafia.

As it is, I think we're down to maybe 6 non-withdrawn members... and I doubt that we can even fill the game after people start dying in mafia- since that happened last time and we still had trouble getting 16, because people didn't want to miss the mafia restart-

I would suggest that we allow people to join both games

and now... I'm on my way to the mafia signup thread...

Hey trust an old school forum gamer. I was pleased as punch when I got just enough people to play gladiator 2....and for that matter NASCAR, although I admit that they were just improvements on the originals.

I think that the more complicated the game, the harder it is to attract players. That is why mafia is the #1 draw...it is soooo simple and does not require any thought. Just log on and dogpile.

Makes me worry that your other game might be too much too fast. Better to start a simpler game and add to it. Are ya with me DC/Smiley??
