wrong

the mafia is generally in the middle of the pile

trying to get it to go full swing, but not starting it (because who knows if it will be a pile) and not being the last person (because what does it matter than, usually?)

If I have this straight, Kalius has eight and Herc has six, with two votes not cast. So if either one of those is not for Herc, Kalius is toast, and even if the two decide to pile on the secretary it's time to take out the coin.

Kalius' vote will be obvious, so it's SnowFire who has the decisive vote.
