I don't think the other factions refer to Wealth as "Political Correctness" like we do, but the -2 morale penalty can be more than offset by building morale enhancing facilities such as command centers or aeorspace complexes from the extra energy Wealth creates.

Salutations good people of Planet:
Many eons ago I was assigned to study the social evolution of Alpha Centauri and the solar system surrounding it. The progress of what you call "Planet" has been truly fascinating. The knowledge gained from studying its inhabitants' triumphs and failures has been very helpful in dealing with our own. Obviously a study that is conducted light years away or how you humans put it, "through the looking glass", is never the most effective. This is why I am contacting you now. I have been commissioned by my people's highest authority to conduct a primary study on your people. By immersing myself into your culture, I hope to fully realize what it is to be human.
Since my actual name is impossible to translate into your language, I have adopted the surname Chairman Chang. It is not to be confused with the well known Chairman Yang. I have modeled my alias around his greatness because my people are going through a social restructuralization and his society is something to be admired. However, after many requests, the Chairman was not willing to grant an audience. His only reply was that he cannot trust a being whose mind he does not understand. Tis a shame. My people's technological advances would have really catapulted his empire generations into the future.
These discouraging turn of events have prompted me to seek a host for my studies here in your people's open commlinks. If a representative of your people would contact me and have enough good will to sponsor my stay, then I believe the relationship that culminates would be very beneficial, as I have many skills and wisdom to offer in return.
Upon confirmation of travel arrangements and of course a good faith and compatible understanding between I and the host, my arrival at the appropriate Aerospace Complex should be welcomed by Planet's finest delicacies that I have heard so much about. Also, it is necessary that a Taxi Grav Tank be arranged to transport my belongings. I will not be packing light as I intend to stay a long time.

If you are looking to understand our societies you must first understand what drives them, MONEY. ECs to be exact and no one knows more about them, and by association, our societies then the Morgans. Another advantage of our economic strategy is that we can surly get you anything you need, or want.
With all of the above reasons you can easily see that the morgans would be the best choice for someone of your stature.

Evening Gentleman,
The welcome with open arms is much appreciated. Ultimately, I will be more inclined to join a people who do not suffer the maleffects of apathy when it comes to the progress of their society. However, I have not heard from the other factions yet. Might a representative of the other factions step up? Would you GeoModder or Paramir be so kind to forward me their commlinks? I would like to weigh my options as to avoid making an uneducated decision.

Correspondences between all factions have been shared, but the Spartans. My decision as to which faction will provide my studies with the most prolific results is soon to be made. To reiterate, Yang of the Hive has declined my presence. The next logical choice would be the Spartans. The structural strategists of my people are trying to shift away from a belief that every being deserves the same opportunities, while ignoring their individual merit and worth. The plan is to gradually shift to a society that values productivity and favors those who "earn their keep" as is phrased by humans. The Human Hive and Federation have fairly similar agendas as well as sharing many views on the value of humanity. The Peacekeepers would be the illogical choice.
Will a Spartan contact me? There are many records of a Maniac and a Googlie who command a lofty presence amongst the Spartan ranks.

Greetings Chang. You will have to excuse the Spartan Junta not making much of an appearance here. While the Federation would certainly welcome you to our ranks, should you prove worthy, it is not in our nature to shamelessly advertise ourselves as if we were another fast food restaurant in Morgania. Sparta does not seek to attract tourists, we want soldiers.
We are also very busy with military training, polishing our boots and looting liberating the newly acquired former University country-side.
Life in the Federation is harsh, but if you think you can handle it, contact your local recruitment office via Googlie or Maniac. And don't worry about Yang refusing you, there will be plenty of time to interact with Hive citizens during your service in the Federation.

Alas, a Spartan has finally showed face. Faith in them has been restored. My decision is very close. There is one last step.
Each faction leader will be privately contacted and a questions will be posed. The questions will be the same and the answers will be judged. If an answers are not received within 48 hours, the offending faction or factions will forfeit a very strong and knowledgable ally.
