As I posted on NS, I support the move to boot the dodgy nations a password protect the region. However, I strongly think this should not be a permanent thing.

Given all that has gone on, do we want to set some rules for joining Apolyton Region?

Some ideas (some I do NOT like)

- Permanent password-only access (discourages everyone except invaders from applying to join; how would we know who to refuse)
- Required to join apolyton.net (extra effort; would this deter invaders?; actively encourages participation in the apolyton.net community and/or NS role-play; discourages people who are not interested in participating)
- No UN membership for the first 6 months (delays invader takeover attempt for 6 months, would an invader wait this long?; might deter current UN members from joining Region)
- Newly arrived Nations who are, or become, UN members must endorse the current UN Delegate for the first 6 months (current UN Delegate will always have more endorsements that any invader; requires active management)

i think we should only accept people who join apolyton, whats the point in being a member of Apolyton NS region if you dont join the forums here to roleplay. I dont see the point at all.

That being the case i also think we should password the region to prevent rogues from entering, if they truly interested in role palying here at poly it is not that much effrot to register here and get the password from the UN delegate once they arrive here and have been checked out.

because if they dont post here then personally i dont want them here.....

not if you were a poly person or the Region Data info stated goto poly.
