I like this idea, I couldn't think of a good name to suggest for the city relating to mountains but the whole highlander concepts sounds good.

Maybe we should refer to the region (with suburbs) as "The Highlands" and rename the city to "Helm's Deep."

I have no qualms about changing the name of the city, but I would like a "theme" that all suburbs (most likely 3 of them) could follow. If you can come up with enough Highlander city names, I'll jump on board.

And for my percentages, which I now agree is a better way to do it:
Food 100%, of course.

We could go with a Scottish theme:
Edinburgh, Falkirk, Lothian, Argyll, Stirling, Angus, Aberdeen, Orkney, etc.

A LOTR theme:
Gondor, Helm's Deep, Ironhills, etc.

Our own theme:
Gemtown, Vulcan's Reef, Sugar Coast, etc.

It's the best method, everyone gets to affect the final price and otherwise we end up with a tie.

I am guessing I receive a vote also and I agree with Uber KruX about the idea of 100% food as of now. I am also beginning to like the idea GF has made with the 3 different themes for our use. So, I also want to list that I support the idea for future name changes.

My vote goes towards 100% food.

I am confused with this Average percent method... does this mean we will not use equal split or GF's Tweaked prices??? Or is this an entirely seperate issue??

if it is an alternative method, and I am on a gems mountain, I would want to allocate resources to Shields and Commerce right?

We are not going to use Equal Split or Tweaked Prices. I recommend you put it 100% to Commerce, or you won't be getting much for the majority of goods.

Still grasping towards the FGame logic which is proving harder the originally planned...

What is the difference between GF's tweaked prices and regular prices??? Someone give me an idea please.
