Have any of the prolifers in the local prolife organisations been charged for the shooting? No. The reason for this is because there is absolutely no evidence that they had anything to do with the shooting.

Actually, that's not what Dosanjh did, nor was he responsible for what happened.

Within a few months of the shooting, the NDP established the bubble zones barring peaceful prolife protesters from protesting near the clinics. They used the shooting to scapegoat the prolifers, just as you are doing so here.

Let me guess, your theory is that someone just happened to be walking by and decided to carefully shoot the doctor. Or maybe your theory is that it was a pro-choice conspiracy?

Yeah, it's interesting stuff, but I think there's another poly thread on the topic.

I think the state has a right to put pressure on the churches to expel someone from the sanctuary, but not the right to violate sanctuary.

Most of the time, what happens is that the priests or ministers encourage the evacuee to leave and face the music, so I don't really see a threat to the authority of the state in having an effective sanctuary.
