How many calories do you eat each day, and what is your macronutrient breakdown (protein/fat/carb)?
Edit: and how old are you?

I'm sorry but this "inheriting metabolism" stuff is just junk science.

OK smartass. My father is 6'4" and was so skinny at 18 that he was turned down for an infantry unit when he did his national service. He only started really putting on weight after retiring from the police. My mother is 5'2" and has weighed more than she should for most of her adult life.
I'm 6'6", about 200 to 210 pounds in weight, now in my early '40's and eat and drink pretty much what I want (and don't exercise enough). If the genes that influence my metabolism and controlled my growth didn't come from my father then I'd like to hear your explanation.

Erm, I would think the burden of proof is on you to prove why and how you can "inherit" your father's "metabolism". |
So you don't have a clue about genetic inheritance then.
Unfortunately I can't see how a genetic predisposition to trolling could work so you can't really claim that as an excuse for your posts.
