	The List for Civ IV: Here it Is Inflate your Upload Space

Well, I have here 68 pages of what will hopefully be a much longer list

Right now it only contains the fully edited Civilizations/Scenario sections and the partially edited, though fully indexed Governments and Terrain sections.

As soon as threadmasters PM me or somehow contact me that they're done summarizing their threads, I'll be able to update more.

The civ III list had 400-500 pages... but

this is shaping out to be longer- remember, I said we only have 4 threads on this so far- space, units and wonders are going to come online soon.

Thank you for downloading it- however, I fear that might be a bit premature- that's only part of the 1st draft of the list- I only have 4 of the threads up right now- the others will be coming online soon.

Civilizations is the most important thread, good thing it's in the file. Scenarios is a juicy one too. What's the future of this list project? Are we to avoid too many new ideas?

Could someone point me to comments Firaxis may have made over the past months regarding Civ4? Doing a search for Firaxis in the partial member name doesn't reveal much. All this is considering Firaxis may have made any such comments.

I don't think so- new ideas are always welcome...
All that I ask threadmasters to do is to somehow indicate to me what ideas were added after the posting of their summarized thread to this list- so that I don't accidentally post over something I already revised once

TECHWINS- they haven't made many comments, but I remember that Urban Ranger or Solver started a thread on "What we know is in Civ IV" a few months ago- it's probably on page 1-3 of the newest threads here

Very funny. But honestly, I read the old List for Civ3 yesterday, and saw that many ideas from then, that could possibly be interesting, isn't suggested in the new cIV List.

as far as I'm committed, I'll do the General thread summary and one other- but I don't really have the time to do everything- and I would rather this be a community project rather than just a few people working on something.

I mean, if the community doesn't think that the list is important and people don't step in- then I don't see why we should force it through.

Have you tried contacting them through other means than poly(if possible)? Incredible how lazy they are... I could make one list more if you really need it, but since I haven't written it myslef, it might be some more work than it was to complete my own list...

well, at least 2 said they were doing the update- and never did it even though I bugged them for a week.

And I also receive "read" messages when they look at their PMs so some others are actually reading the notices- they just aren't telling me if they're going to do it or not. And thus they leave me in the lurch.

As for Q Cubed- he doesn't even read his messages and I need someone to repalce him.
