militaristic will get you more promotions, but IMO it won't change the odds in the first attack.

we didn't count your laughably weak horsemen. They will just bounce off.

Bring plenty of artillery, but don't let it get too close. There will be longbows and MI units around to deal with also.

a little attention to the [b]elite[\b] in my "doorstep" report would be appropiate too.

I don't feel betrayed. Nonetheless, jshelr is play a shrewd game and I don't blame him for that. Bongo is playing it smart too. First he broke the power of the alliance by slamming my unit stack, having the partners run off. I refused to sign a choking peacedeal (jshelr refers to it as blackmail) and as a consequence had bongo come after me. The others didn't move.
Both Flandrien and jshelr don't stand a chance if they don't ally. For that reason, there's no other option than to trust one another. Nice effort of trying to play Flandrien and jshelr out against one another...
