I don't know about that. Sully ain't the most stable of personalities and it's difficult to tell where he really stands, despite all the "I'm a conservative" claims that got him his audience.

He's also a single-issue voter who has become increasingly hostile to Bush ever since Bush decided to support the defense of marriage amendment. He may not be liberal (on economic issues, at least), but it's certainly not a stretch to call him "anti-Bush".

He's definetely a conservative and was very pro-Bush during the 2000 elections. There are plenty of conservatives who don't like Bush because they believe he's spent like a liberal. I don't think they are necessarily anti-Bush, they just don't like his policies.

Sullivan is anti-Bush because he supports gay marriage and Bush doesn't; he said so on his blog. Also said that he would never consider voting for Bush after that. A one issue voter, as I said, and one that has let his disagreement with Bush on that one issue turn into motivation for behavior that could be called "anti-Bush".
