The mother starts her delivery, as the abortion doctor has to induce labour to do a partial birth abortion.

Then they pull the child out, in a breech delivery, all the way to the head. Since they do not dilate the cervix enough to deliver the head, they pull on the living child so that they can stick a pair of scissors to cut a hole in the skull.

Then they jam a suction machine into the skull to remove the brains of the child. After that, the skull collapses, and they pull the dead child out.

I would think that doctors would be able to determine if a woman will have life-threatening complications towards the end of their pregnancy long before then, through proper diagnosis??

If they can predetermine long before this end stage of the pregnancy, then the fetus should be aborted much earlier.
