I was a little confused there. If I gave DC the adjancent city and not the catty corner one, then LL would be left with a catty corner city. Giving DC the two cities made sense from a map point of view...and

I am in favor of more combat in this game so I am going to reward it, if I see a chance to.

GM confusion sets in. I've reread the rules and LL gets his city back. It can't be any more clearer. I missed the adjacent definition at the top when trying to figure it out.

2nd. during a revolution, it says that you can keep one phase. What are the phases? Are they?:
1. Espionage
2. Trade
3. Production
4. Foreign Aid
5. War
6. Tax Collection

If so, then someone needs to change their orders. Somehow I remember tax collection as always happening and the choice is the other 5, or am I wrong here?

You are correct, Taxation is inevitable, though tax collection is halved. Half of whatever taxes the new government gives.

But you can't have all production...production is further broken down in:
a) Science
b) Cities
c) Wonders/Spaceships
d) Military

So the government in revolution has to pick one of the above if they opt for production (over say Trade).

Turn 4: "War and Revolution"

We had the normal city building and some of the empires became more technologically advanced. The chart and the map pretty much say it all.

The next set of wonders must be boring because no one bothered to build one this turn.

Now Jonny returns the favor of technology to Sparrowhawk as his people bring young Sparrowhawk the gift of Architecture.

Dark Cloud continued his "War of Aggression" against Ljube-ljcvetko. He sent out his aids to recruit the finest (tech level 4) armies that money could buy and sent them across the border to attack.
Meanwhile back in Ljube-ljcvetko territory, Ljube was doing some recruiting of his own. 18 armies were recruited to attack the aggressors, and just as they were off to battle, Vlad gifted Ljube's men a technology (lv 3) that they had not seen before.
But that was not the only contribution from Vlad in this war. He sent one of his Trojan Horse's freshly minted spies to DC's territory, and the spy killed DC's recruiting officer, so only his original three armies went into battle.
The enemies met in battle and Ljube's hordes blasted through Dark cloud's small army taking 4 casualties and continued on to capture 2 of Dark Cloud's cities. Apparently Dark Cloud's militia finally stemmed the attack.

Governments:
Are now shown on the chart.
Gamecube64 moved to Republic with the help of the Acropolis.
Smiley moved to Monarchy
Sparrowhawk moved to Monarchy.
Vlad fooled everybody and did not change.
