Pherhaps these 300.000 wil be for Kerry by 60%, which would be a HUGE WIN for Kerry, compared to the rest of the state.
But even THEN Bush will win.
But one can only dream, people kept on hoping that Florida would go to Kerry, since Palm Beach and Miami Dade weren't counted yet. But when the numbers of those counties came in, nothing substantial happened.
Among the 300.000 - 600.000 yet to be counted Ohio votes there will be most obviously between the 40 and 60 % for both candidates. (which is a VERY wide range, concidering the rest of the results)

I think the point UR is making is that in the US system, who wins the popular vote doesn't matter.
In theory, if the uncounted votes give Kerry ohio then he's the president regardless of the popular vote.
