If the duke'o'york is dead, that leaves Paddy, BK, HH and Reismark left.
So the Mafia can only kill one of us, leaving 3, for the final round.

Which is as it should be. The last vote takes place at 3, usually resulting in 2-1, and if the mafia survives to the last 2 he makes a kill and wins.

Chapter 11 – Broken vows
It took the strength of both Master Chief Duke and Chief Kline to get Rono the Cook out of the stew pot. No wonder. Rono used to be a body-builder and weighed more that 200 pounds.
“Who could have done it?” Chief Kline wondered.
“Only someone strong” Master Chief Duke replied.
“You are the strongest man aboard” Lt. Westergard said to Master Chief Duke.
“That doesn’t prove I killed Rono” Duke replied.
“Perhaps not”, Captain’s Aide HongHu said, “But your uniform does. It looks like it has some of Rono’s stew on it.”
Everybody looked at Duke’s uniform. There were several stains that looked like stew stains.
“This is from yesterday” Duke said.
Chief Kline touched one of the stains.
“No it isn’t. It’s fresh.” He said.
This was enough for Lt. Westergard and he sentenced duke o’ york to death.
But before the sentence was executed, Father Kenobi spoke.
“No! I cannot allow this execution to be carried out.”
“Do you know something about these killings?” Lt. Westergard asked.
“Yes Sir, indeed I do.”
“Speak then!”
Father Ben hesitated. He wanted to tell about the murderer’s confession, but his vow of secrecy prevented him. He looked at the others and said.
“Master Chief Duke hasn’t confesses his sins. He must repent or his soul is doomed.”
“I do not wish to repent as I haven’t done anything.” Chief of the Boat replied.
“That settles the issue”, Lt. Westergard said. “Chief Kline, fire Master Chief Duke out!”
“Yes Sir!”

Later that day after many hours of prayer Father Ben Kenobi decided to tell Lt. Westergard everything he knew including the name of the murderer. He met him in his quarters and told him all about it.

Some time later there was a gun shot coming from Lt. Westergard’s quarters. The rest of the crew quickly came to the scene. There, in his cabin, lay reismark dead, shot straight in his heart with a single bullet. The gun was found there and it was the gun that used to belong to Master Chief Duke.
HongHu and Chief Kline searched the room for clues.
HongHu found a single shell near the door to Lt. Westergard’s cabin. The cowardly murderer obviously shot immediately giving Lt. Westergard no chance. His sole projectile struck him straight in his brave heart.
Chief Kline looked down, under Lt. Westergard’s cupboard and found his personal log. There he found an entry about meeting Father Ben Kenobi with a cryptic comment there can be only one.

Point 1
when it gets down to three, the mafia will usually not make the first vote, because if another person votes not for them, they auto win, and if they vote the right mafia, the mafia can vote for the first voter and hope the third person guesses wrong. If they wait to vote last, it may already be decided against them, so they usually hover near the end.
If they vote first, they may tip their hand.
SO based on that, Snowflake has been around and not voted. hmmmm

If not caught the next highest person alive is usually the mafia. Unless they're a very experienced mafia and is aware of this stat and play below the radar. (this may sometimes be distorted if Spike is spamming)
SO I would bet snowflake.
