There's EA, but they don't tend to do strategy games.

Activision? BAD. The disaster that was CTP...
Vivendi? BAD.
Microsoft? Not great, but they did all right with RON. Mostly because they stayed out of the way.
EA? BAD. Recent things have come to light about their galley sla--er, employees.
