My reaction to this is that when people are searched and start to complain, they should be informed that they have a clear choice in this: Continue with the necessary search, or not getting on the flight, being escorted out of the airport.

It really is that simple. If people feel uncomfortable undergoing a body search, they should not be flying, and they should be informed that they have a choice in the matter.

I believe two Russian airliners were blown up because women terrorists hide bombs "down there" once on the plane several small bombs were combined to make one big bomb.

The reality is we need to stop random searches and instead start profiling. Less fuss and more chances of actually catching a real terrorist.

Actually that is what the Russians orignally said. There is also specualation that the Russians didn't actually have security at the terminal and made up the story about the women hiding the bombs in their bras to save face.

And you can't discriminate on skin color anyways as that's asking for law suit after law suit, so better off being random in your searches. And I am sure that Arab looknig people get checked more regularly anyway already, you jsut can't keep it exclusively to Arabs or **** would hit the fan.

It's not just skin color my friend. There are other factors such as age, national origin, location, manner of dress, accent, what's packed in people's bags, how big is their group, what seats are they sitting in on the plane, how many carry on vs checked bags, etc... There are lots of factors to building a profile and race is only a tiny part of it.
