Can you tell the player who is making / responding to the offer in the diplo phase? Maybe that player should play over and omit the trade, if it's not Andy.

the andyGoD was a typo from the ironciver tournament

about the trade: not sure. i had the diplo window open to everybody last turn. so i don't know what went wrong. maybe it's even an existing lux-trade. you and andy had some (different) troubles a few turns ago. should i go back to 870ad?

that is ofcourse only if noone has anything against that. but as there is no war and no scouting going on, replaying a turn wouldn't harm, i guess?

Looks to me like the bug stems from 870, when we first put the luxs on the table. The counter offering seems to have screwed it up somewhat. Shall I replay from 870 but without starting the lux offer? When I try to 'clear table' in 880 it bombs.

i once had a MP game that never could be continued because of some freezing/crashing issues. that however may have been because firaxian upgrade patches.

Don't be so sure, I recently did, and they had no problem with it.

interview went reasonably well, but not great... we'll see.

but whether i get this job or another, eventually i will have to miss my afternoon turns. sometimes i may be able to fit it in before going to work, but as my (intended) profession requires travelling all across the country (ok ok, it's a small country, but still 3.5 hours to the farthest end ). and even if i could, andydog's save may not always arrive early enough.

so what i'm basically saying or asking: should i then look for a replacement or will you guys be able to accept the game to eventually turn into a "4 player 1-a-day" game?

(note: at the current rate of the game i'm probably eliminated by the time i start a job)
