	Knights of the Old Republic II! Increase the size of your Attachments

Hey, it just came out yesterday and I just picked it up! I haven't started playing it yet, but I'm excited to play the sequal of my favorite game of last year. Oh, and I got the XBox version, while my KOTOR was PC.

I bought it today. Imran is right, it's basically the same game. I find the start a bit lacking though...

Some new things in this game (based on the manual):

Prestige classes. At a 'pivotal moment' you can attain a new class based on your alignment. Each prestige class has a unique Force Power.

The Presige Classes:
Jedi Weapon Master
Jedi Master
Jedi Watchman
Sith Maurader
Sith Lord
Sith Assassin

There are also different lightsaber forms, which have different bonuses and penalties to certain stats while fighting. Sounds like they took a page from Jade Empires different fighting styles.

Hmm... I was just thinking, if they only started making the game last year, how did they have time to get the whole game done? KotOR I came out June 2003, which means they had only one year and six months to make it. Assuming they worked on it right from June, and all the way to December.

I've just played it for a few hours. Has the same addictive quality as the first one. I just stopped because I should have gone to bed a half-hour ago!! It's got the same great gameplay as the 1st. Which is good, because it is very much like the 1st one . I haven't found out much of the story yet (I'm still early) though the voice acting is still top notch.

You mean SUPERIOR consoles... after all, I get the game first . And the graphics are much better than my PC can handle. Pretty good control scheme with the controller as well.

I prefer it. That way they can tell you the whole story instead of pretending your character has a story before and is too stupid to know the basic things that happened .

Still KOTOR2 may well be my next Xbox purchase, unless Jade Empire gets into my local shop first

The planet you mean? Yeah, it felt strangely out of place. All the while there I felt that I was in the wrong game, or maybe not in the wrong game, but you obviously know what I mean.

Oh, I liked the planet. That was fun. I don't think that was in any of the books (at least I never heard of it before), so it was a very interesting interpretation on the beginnings of the Force.

the unknown planet was cool. And had a pretty extensive story assoicated with it if you talked to the one dude who retains their history. I liked the bright landscape as well. It looked pleasing to the eye.
