Absolutely anything, theme-, goal-, philosophy- are all just suggestions for giving info about your team. Info- is for any information you want to give about your team.
Say for example you're going to have the team run like some kind of dictatorship or have each person control a city, or be mercenaries or have some kind of code to play by, pretty much anything that will differenciate your team or give it charachter.
If RP were to give info about their team, they could have gone on about how they roleplayed spain, or if team apolyton were to give info they could talk about how they have a system of consuls etc.
Realistically you don't have to give any info at all if you don't want to, other than a team name and civ.
