I think any sniper would tell you, it's very agonizing to shoot a guy wearing a swastika armband, only to lie awake in bed later that night, thinking, "What if it was just a spoiled inbred Briton with no common sense? If it were, would I still be justified in only using one bullet, instead of being sure with two?" That's why we need to be careful. But trust us, your concerns are appreciated.
