To and from 1889 on the subject of his replacement. He is moving to Alaska soon, if you hadn't heard. Also of note - there is an excellent pbem placement in icr (iron civer replacement) available. A 4 person game with 1889, me, jshelr, and MFC. It is very interesting.

Feudalism is quickly provided to BOH and DR. We feel stupid - and angry. AM takes a number of our cities - and we are in the process of fighting back. LB in the meantime - stayed pretty neutral from the start. They tried to make peace in the world before the Dr war. 1889 also called on the other teams for an alliance against BOH. Which we would agree to - but the key is DR. So - right now we are fighting for our lives against AM. Euphorica is being finished off by BOH and DR. I think BOH is at war with you, after the alliance attempt and 1889 declaring war on BOH. BOH has a LARGE army - and have been involved in very few battles despite their machinations (see the battle report thread and discussion). They still represent the biggest threat in the game. Be careful - it sometimes difficult to separate the roleplay and negotiations with BOH. And be wary of them - they are playing a pretty ruthless - albeit sound game so far. Unless the rest of the world can unite soon - the game could be over. DR is the key right now. Euphorica must have really pissed them off for them to pursue this war - a foregone conclusion long ago - as long as they have. They are essentially strengthening BOH at this point. At least that is my view. We would like to get AM to back off - and would go so far as to solicit BOH's help to do so. If you can reach some level of security with BOH (peace and a good defence) and could provide help our way - it would also be appreciated. We are working to complete a road between our two nations - to trade luxuries - and provide military assistance if it comes to that. 1889 may have to fill in other details. I will post this in our forum - so if E_T or skro have anything to add - they can. Any questions or points of clarification required - just ask. For now - I will be the ambassador to the Lost Boys, so if you want to chat - e-mail or PM me. We have always gotten on well with 1889 - (hence all of is the common forum - if you would prefer - we could leave - it was a bit of an unusual move) - and hope that our relationship with Lost Boys can veen be strengthened with you at the helm. Question, after looking over some things:

With us fighting back with AM, is that providing further incentive for the Anti-BoH alliance to finally congeal??

I can't stress this enough, we are running out of time here.

Someone (be it AM or DR) will soon have Chivalry and BoH will either steal or trade for it. Once they have it, uave upgrades some few units and are in their GA, it fairly over.

Babylon wishes to continue a peaceful friendship with our friends the Lost Boys. You have been true and merciful in your dealings with us. We hope to be able to re-build our nation and re-pay this debt to you somehow one day.

Does your Peace with the Morporkians exclude our continued friendship? Does it mean the end of trade between our nations, or the building of roads and harbors? Forgive us but we are unsure what to make of the situation. Please advise.
