I never would have guessed that of all the women I had known that she would be the one who got infected. I was much more careful after that. In fact the only woman who I've slept with since then who I haven't used a condom with is my current girlfriend, and we've been together for over 7 years now.

I'm 44, monogamous for over 7 years now and only tempted a few times to sleep with someone else, in every case when directly propositioned by rather attractive women. I never succummed though, and I don't even flirt or otherwise make myself seem available. I've done it all before, whereas each day in my relationship is a new milestone for me. I've been with people who were married, which Im not proud of but.....well, its their risk.

I cheated in my only serious relationship but yeah, as others have said, things can't be that great if you're tempted in the first place.

Since then.....well, there have been absentee gf's in the picture with a few of the blokes I've been with....but....at the end of the day I havent been out to destroy the relationship, and in most cases I havent - or at least, havent been the sole cause.

it does in the fact she can be so hypocritical. I mean thats the only part that really bothers me, is that she always makes it out to be like im going to be the one thats going to cheat, or leave, and based on whats happened in the past with her, and whats currently happening its garbage.

That's bull. It's perfectly possible to be sexually attracte by other people, and yet be in a healthy relationship. A relationship is much more than merely monogamous sex.

Now, a unhealthy relationship may have the consequence of you being tempted. But it's not the only cause of such behaviour.
