Actually, that supports my argument, not Ljube's. If it occurs at the end of the turn, then it is a part of the turn (and thus a part of the turn orders).

Either way, the turn *has* to be declared over at the start of Smiley 's posting, not the end. As I stated earlier, it is not fair otherwise.

The two fleets were of surprisingly similar composition and tonnage, with both weighing in at 165 tons, with Cosmos having slightly more lasers at the expense of the other two categories. It looked like it would be a long and bloody fight.
