Sandwiches!!! Put an end to popups!

So here's my dilemma:

I get hungry at weird hours, but nothing's open around here, so I figure one of these days I'm going to stash up a bunch of sandwich ingredients and just leave it in my fridge. So I'm open to suggestions about what I should make. Now I should note that I should be able to find all the ingredients at a supermarket and that it would be best if no cooking/heat were involved whatsoever.

So...any ideas?

Oh...and hi

Mao sighting!

How are ya?

As for sandwiches, I like a Pastrami on Rye with mustard and baby swiss cheese. You can also get some onions and tomatoes to put on your sandwhich if you want.

Mao!

I like Salami and Munster Chese as far as sandwiches go. If you don't mind mircrowaving, bagel bites also make a nice snack.

Variants of this are good, but usually I want to make it quick.

The foul scum at Oscar Meyer bought out Louis Rich , but so far they haven't f*k*d up the product.

I suggest buying the Oscar Meyer/Louis Rich cold cuts variety package and some non-fat cheese. Whips up into an tasty sandwich in no time. Maybe add on a leaf of lettuce and some mao (<-- hee hee) if you want to get fancy.

Turkish bread with halloumi, artichoke hearts and pesto, with freshly ground black pepper.

For a meaty option, substitute mackerel pate or grilled bacon or sliced salt beef and use gherkins, vine ripened tomatoes and dijon mustard as desired.

Depends on how long you intend to stash for. Peanut butter and mayo have a shelf life of a few months. Cheese even less. Granted it's better than meat or veggies, but you shouldn't go loading up on club sizes if you're not going to use that much.

Unfortunately, no. For that, I have to wrap a stick of butter in bacon strips and dip it in maple syrup.
