So it sounds like an at least semi-professional group and not just a group of voyeurs with their cheneys in their hand. I know nothing about the industry of porn but it strikes me as incredibly stupid to not have the signed releases before you even show up at the location

thats the thing though, they put the actual shooting before the business plan. and they were expecting me and her to be a long term thing working with them and dating. it was assumed we would sign at any point.

but thats 900 dollars they wont ever have back again. and i dont feel the least bit bad about taking my 450 from it. its revenge enough against them knowing that they will fail.

That said, if I were them and had a marketable film of you, which I had paid you to make, I would probably send you a letter demanding that you either repay the money or provide the release. Motion picture law is not my area but I don't think a judge would have a whole lot of sympathy with you if you sued about a movie you were paid to make for distribution.

First id like to state this herpes is not vd VD is curable, herpes is not, herpes is an STD.
SecondMRT do you know it as Daci that gave you herpes I dont know you sexual hisstory but most times it cant takes months for any lesion to appear. I havent been at polly long so you might have ad herpes before dacia and just started shoing the signs. Has she been tested and does she have it, that really doesnt matter since she had sex with you and you could have possibly given it to her.

The producer had symptoms before dacia, dacia had symptoms before me, i had symptoms last. and the producer admited he fooled around with a girl that had simplex 1. iys generally accepted that the producer gave it to everybody.

its also accepted that it was likely i recieved it while having the 3some with her and the producer. i guess the problem i had with the whole thing was she remains friends with him despite him lyign about herpes.

and at this point its over. no more contact no more anything. and i do not ever want another person to get herpes. ive told those 2 girls that i have it and they respect me more for being forthcoming. safe sex is the only sex.

Being in a simialr situation (well, no porn or threesomes), I do have the urge to applause MRT for what he's done, although two wrongs don't make a right.
