Altough I supported this little adventure in the beginning, it pretty soon turned into a virtual bonehead bonanza... Even if you´re mad as hell, MRT (and I can understand that you are) it was a pretty shitty thing to do. You knew that Dacia was ****ed up and had a troubled home and stuff and you used it in the worst possible way. There´s really no excuse for this Have you thought about the consequences of your actions? This might well **** up her life for good. She hasn´t the family support like you have. You know, I've been thinking about that experiment MRT linked in his OP. It brings to mind another famous experiment. The subjects were told that they were testing the effect of shock on learning efficiency. They were told to administer a shock to a person t6aking a puzzle test everytime he missed an item, and that they should turn up the juice every time. They were paid for their part in the experiment, told that under no circumstances must they fail to do their part or that they would invlidate the test, and were to be paid upon completion of their task. What they didn't know was that they were the true subjects of the test, that there was no electric shock and that the people they were shocking were actors. As the supposed intensity of the shock increased the actors would protest more about the pain, even to the point of writhing in agony at the supposed highest levels.
It would be interesting if you could somehoiw arrange to PET scan the participants in such a study. Do the ones who go the furthest in delivering pain to their test subjects demopnstrate a similar PET scan picture to that of the people delving out revenge in the study linked by MRT?

I don't care so much about the porn. It's the manipulation and deceit that disgusts me. A good friend of mine (and no, it wasn't me, it really was one of my best friends) was once involved with such a woman – in fact he was engaged to her.

So it was a shock when he came home from the pub to discover her in bed with one of his workmates, and a greater shock when he learned that she'd orchestrated the whole thing and that everyone at his workplace knew about it. There's a huge difference between being sexually incontinent (which is what I assume your plastic genitals comment is about), and using sex for malicious and manipulative purposes.

That woman was no good. It doesn't matter whether you were her parents or siblings or what. People like that are beyond help and beyond redemption. Decent folk (and I mean normal people who just couldn't even think of doing things like that -- people like you and me) should just cut those people off. They are parasites and are just no good.
