Or tell me when you want to play. I'm still level 5 at the moment and don't know what levels you're playing at, but if Spike doesn't mind then I could perhaps use one of his characters at level 20 or 30 or whatever they are.
Jam, the annoying thing about your nerf is that you still get 5 exp for things that you've killed, without anyone else helping.

The xp system in NWN is dreadful. Just experiment and find stuff you can easily kill that gives more. 5 xp is silly.

And the characters are yours now. Try out my ueber builds. The Sorceress is especially ueber. In later levels I don't think anything approaches the power of a sorceror/sorceress, definitely not a warrior, even with devastating critical.

Wail of the banshee/weirding/massive dmg spells like Isaacs ftw.

Plus my sorc has ludicrous AC because of abusing the casting feats you can get later. Spells like premonition and epic mage armour mean you are very hard to kill too.

Well nettle burglars give you around 300 a shot, and aren't that tough if you can heal yourself/drink tea. But I'd definitely prefer to adventure to improve, rather than standing in a corner massacring fairies.

Well I advanced to level 3 by killing fairies, but have been wandering all over the place with small parties recently. Today we went back to Nulbton to take on the insane chickens, but the long way round via the Badlands and Worselands.
I needed to go back to the Grotto anyway, to move the first quest a long a bit further, but couldn't work out how until I was ambushed by three insane leopards and respawned in the Gypsy Camp.

Folderol is teh w00t, and I only wish I didn't have to go back to college next week. That means only Mondays and Wednesdays are available for weeknight playing.

Now level 7, and having loads of fun.

Anybody know anything about a new NWN expansion?

Supposedly called "Kingmaker" which sounds a little like one of those premium module thingummies.

It retails for ~ $30 Aus though so it's a little pricey if it's only the one (and it's on a dvd rather than a cd) but the blurb bit doesn't say anything about a compilation of any sort ...

The only thing it should be on is the internet (for download). It doesn't sound like a legit copy (and overpriced at that). I'm not sure what your conversion rate is. But you should be paying less than $10 U.S. for it.

There was a party of 3 on folderol last night, but they were exploring the southern Lakeshore, and at about level 15. I don't know where that is, and I'm only level 8, so I played FM 2005 instead.
