i know.. i puzzle about that often.
when im dragging furniture around or doing yard work.
but my son whos 20 helps me out when hes not working.
and if i really need something done i ask a neighbor or friend... and ive hired a handyman before..

The only reason I can see women getting upset over the toilet seat being left up is if they turn around and back up to the toilet before entering the restroom.

I've yet to see a woman (hell, anybody) do that, so I'm thinking the "controversy" is just one of those little games y'all play to see if your man is listening. And obeying.

and stumbling to the bathroom without lights so we
don't wake up your sleeping self...
and then just sitting down in the dark and ending up sitting in water..
its a rude awakening .. which generally ends with
pulling the sheets off your sleeping self and lavishing you with words i can't write here

I have to take a dump in the middle of the night at times, but nothing prevents me from

1. Opening my eyes to see where I'm going.

or

2. Feeling around the top of the toilet to see if the lid is up.

or

3. Opening my eyes and seeing if the lid is up.

Actually, we have cats, so I leave the toilet seat covered, so they don't drink from the toilet. I have trained the wife for this. Guests are another matter.

For me there in real reason to have i man. I choose th have one because i love having someone around to talk to and do things with. You of course can do that with a male close friend rather then bf too. Biggest reason for having partner is to ease the lonelness one might feel on any given occasion. I dont need tubes to move heavy stuff for me if i cant do it i dont move it
i dont need him to work on my truck i do that my self if he wants to help even better. The only good reason to have a partner is because you have made the decision to share your life with another person. As far as the toliet lid boann ur right on most od us dont turn lights on on a overnight visit to the bthroom im not sure we are even awake but rather know we have to go stumble there do the business and stumble back to bed with eyes not open. The hitting cold water uh kinda wakes ya up a bit. oh and feeling around toliet lid is just nasty i dont know a man that has perfect aim that can not get piss all around the lid hence the need for cleaning products
