No idea if he is guilty or not.

I hope the prosecution has learned enough from the Simpson case not to make those same mistakes again. I am not saying I hope he will be found guilty, but if the evidence points that way, the prosecution better not drop the ball.

He may not be guilty this time, but I believe that he's probably moleste,d a kid sometime in the past. If he had the same love for little girls and let them "share his bed" as much as he did for young boys, then I'd be more skeptical of the charges.

I believe, however, that his kids are safe. I doubt he'll touch them.

Edit: IIRC, the Judge instructed the jury that the can consider past allegations of molestation against Michael when they're deliberating. So it's possible that the jury may see a pattern of inappropriate behavior and convict based on that.

Actually, that's the only point I'm sure of, that his kids are NOT safe - safe from molestation, yes, but look how they're raised, they're very lucky if they don't go psycho...

I'd think the reason that they'd go psycho is all thle media attention. Part of the reason why something is considered wrong is beause society considers it wrong, rather than it actually "being wrong" in the real sense.

Since some of the alcohol charges were requalified as misdemeanor or whatever, I believe he'll be declared innocent of molestation and felonies, but will be given a fine for allowing the kids to get drunk.

My bet would be the same. A lesser included that results in no jail time is my guess. Deliberating this long I have to think the jury is reluctant to convict on the original charges.

I don't think he is guilty. I do think he is still a child though. It seems like he is trying to get what his father never let him have when he was a child, and I'm sure it is some kind of pchycological diagnosis to be given. But, I do think he has had children in his bed, and played with them just as a child would do to another. He is a child, and children do sleep over at each others bed. It doesn't make it right in the sense that he is a grown up, but I don't think he can be called a pedophile. I feel sorry for him, he is a man who has everything, but yet does not have anything...

My prediction: He'll be found innocent on all counts except the minor charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor. There's simply way too much weirdness and reasonable doubt out there as far as everything else is concerned except the abduction/imprisonment/extortion count (which I believe the defense completely proved him innocent of).
