Michael Jackson: Guilty or not guilty Increase the size of your Attachments

The trial has now gone to the jury, so we've heard both sides make their arguments, and heard all the witnesses. There was gag orders and such, but I think they allowed written descriptions of the trial. I admit, I haven't followed it. So I'm just guessing based off thew few scraps of news of the trial I have read on the internet news sites I have seen.

I say not guilty (in this case). He still might be a molester though. I think he's a potential peadophile, but hasn't acted on his urges yet.

I still don't think he is guilty, but the vote will say that he is.

He will produce his last Jacko scream on the electric chair.

Yes, he's guilty?
No, he's guilty?

I pick both.

IMO, he may have done it, but I don't he should go to jail. I say we just assign as secret service agent to him for the rest of his life, take his kids away from him, and make him go on tour to raise money for the Ronald McDonald house or something.

He's a freak, made by us (society), and we have to deal with him. I don't think prison, or any amount of psycotherapy will help.

Oh, and as for those people suing; they get nothing. Arrest the parents for child endangerment and call social services.

Electric chair, pfft. These days only Nebraska mandates executions by electric chair.

Based on what little I've heard of the evidence, Michael Jackson is not guilty, and will be found by the jury to be not guilty.

Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

having read a little of his family history.
he's an abused child himself.
doesn't know reality from fantasy
and for certain is mentally ill.
i suspect he's guilty.
whether he will be charged as such, who knows...
he doesn't see himself as a sexual predator
since he doesn't see himself as an adult.
but as a childs equal. as a victim himself.

**insert obligatory joke**

What does WalMart and Michael Jackson have in common? They both have little boys pants half off!

Actually I think his celebrity status will buy him a walk but it would be interesting to see how he handles jail if he get's time. Although I doubt if he would see time with the "normal" criminals. Probably a Club Fed type situation.

Not guilty. From what I've seen in the news about the trial, and even the movies (documentaries), it's obvious that Jackson is an unusual person, but I couldn't see anything wrong at all. He loves children a lot - in the best sense of it. He doesn't have sexual desires towards them, though. Perhaps he did sometimes cross the line somewhat with what he allowed the kids to do, but he's not a molester, nor does he want to be one.

I haven't paid close enough attention to this case to have an informed opinion, but hasn't the defense poked a number of holes in the prosecutions argument and discredited their witnesses?

I didn't really follow the trial but it seems to be a mess of arguments with no side proving their points. As in most cases where it's mostly about reliability of the contending side, I'd probably plead not guilty as it's a case of doubt. Jacko is whacko, but I don't feel there is a proof that he's a child molester in the way claimed in the case - but then, again, I didn't follow the case enough to have a real opinion.

I believe he is guilty, but I also believe he's a bit 'insane', but who wouldn't with a childhood as his

I haven't followed this case at all, so I don't know how the evidence points against him

But one thing for certain is that this is not MJs fault alone, a great part of the fault also lays by the parents to the boys. I mean what parents would let their kid sleep over (without supervision at least) by one who has previously been in the news because of this?
