Laying in bed, my maid speaks of Yoda's apparent confession. Everyone under suspicion is either a friend or someone I trust (R2D2 is like part of my family!), and feeling sick and lacking in energy, I sadly have no choice but to add my voice to those who want to seek justice against Master Yoda.

After the stunning evidence presented by R4 into the death of Anakin, and the death of yet another member of the council, Mace Windu summoned another secret meeting of the council. The deliberations sorted and sifted through the wealth of evidence in the death of the telepathic Saesee Tinn, in order to uncover the identity of the killer. However, as I presented evidence exonerating Padme, others accused yet another droid of malice. It had not been enough for them to demolish R4, but to ask that R2D2 be destroyed was in my mind, inexcusable. After all, it had been Anakin himself who had assign R2D2 to watch Padme.
In the end, the bitterly divided council focused on one point, the size of the assailant seen under the hooded cloak, and his presumed saber skill. The combination proved evidence enough to accuse Master Yoda of masterminding the kill. Alongside yet another faction accusing Kit Fisto, the two were precisely split. Also curious, Plo Koon absented himself from the chamber before the votes could be held, thus refusing to cast the tiebreaker.
In the end, the choice was made by the will of the Force. Both masters selected a chip in an attempt to cast lots. I watched in helpless horror, as our esteemed and beloved Master Yoda drew the fateful chip sealing his doom. Mace Windu carried out the execution, to which I could not bear to watch, with his usual flawless precision.

Rather than convening with my council colleagues, I set out to try a different tack. I asked to meet with Count Dooku, still trapped inside the dungeons of the Jedi Temple. While once I entered as an accusor, I now sought the outsider's perspective.
Count Dooku suggested that I listen to the Grevious' words, that the danger lies not within the alien or unfamiliar, but within those considered most safe and restrained. It's like the one with the smile of buddha concealing the evil within. After hearing his words, I also sought to correct a niggling doubt in my mind with respect to the Jedi Archives. There had been errors and discreprencies cropping up, that the recent events had not permitted myself, or any other of the upper council to examine. With the recent death of Master Yoda I had been elevated by Master Windu into the upper chambers, based on my years of faithful service to the council.
As I walked to the archives, I stumbled upon the hefty body of Plo Koon lying face down on one of the desks. He had been shot from behind by a blaster, without any sign of struggle. This to me suggested that the killer had to be someone he trusted to drop his guard to such an extent.
