He won't have a year like last year. That was a one time deal. Even if he is number 2, Bulger will be number 4 for sure. Griese will be nothing. You're the one on crack cocaine.

And Moss played in 11 games last year according to Yahoo. Stop looking at NFL.com. That's where the crackheads go for their stats.

I had Moss on my fantasy squad last year, so I know about his season. He 'played in' 11 games, but at least 4 of them were him playing 5-10 minutes before feeling pain. There is a reason he only had like 50 catches last year.

As for Culpepper having a one time deal, you are absolutely crazy. He had a similar year back in 2000 and then tailed off for a few years with coaching changes (yet still a Top 5 fantasy QB for most of that run), but now he's back to the level he was at. Especially with the RB situation still unstable at Minny, he'll be throwing just as much and racking up just as many yards. Hell, there was a reason that he was the 2nd QB selected in most fantasy drafts last year.

And Griese will beat out Bulger. Bulger is the most overrated QB in the league (I wonder if I should call him Mr. INT?).

Btw, speaking of your predictive capabilities, the Rams really beat down the Falcons in the 2nd round of the NFC playoffs last year .

I don't care what you call him. Look at his fantasy points. That's what we're talking about. He's projected to get 500 this year at Yahoo. What is Griese projected to get?

edit: 447 points. I'd say that's a pretty liberal projection actually.

Bulger and Culpepper are going head to head in week one in our league. We'll see what's up then. Of course everyone knows what the outcome will be when Griese and Bulger go head to head this year.

I don't think those projections were made using our own scoring system. Plus, it's not very good to base predictions on one single set of projections.

Wow... Yahoo projections... you have fallen so far. The same Yahoo projections that project that Mushin Muhammed would have more fantasy points this year than Marvin Harrison, Chad Johnson, Terrell Owens, and Joe Horn? That, btw, makes Muhammed the highest ranked WR by Yahoo projections.

Even before Grossman went out to say such a thing would have earned you a trip to the insane assylum... and you are basing your argument on them?!

Oh, let's see he would have gotten 500 last year for sure if he didn't get injured, and if he would have had a healthy offensive line he would have gotten 600. I'd say that 500 is pretty conservative.

Btw, in the same Yahoo projections, Culpepper is #1, by over 200 points over Bulger. Do you want to reassess your view of Culpepper since you love those projections so much?

Culpepper's projected fantasy points for the year is 588. What is wrong with you?

They both suck. I'm going by the projections for week 1. Yes, I look at those, especially about kickers and others who I don't know about. It worked pretty good for me last year.

Josh Brown is one of the better young kickers out there, who has a pretty accurate leg. Kaeding after hitting all of his kicks in the last preseason game was 0-4 and sucked in the playoffs last year. No contest.

Oh, I see where you are... where Griese is projected for 447 points... a bit low for him. Should hit 500 easily. Though Griese is projected closer to Bulger than Bulger is to Culpepper. 500 conservative for Bulger?! BWAHAH!

Btw, these projected rankings have Seattle's Darrell Jackson as the best reciever! And Randy Moss not even in the Top 10 Wideouts!!! WTF?!

And Dominick Davis as the best RB?!! With Deuce McAllister behind Ronnie Brown?!

And THIS is what you are baseing your numbers on?! THIS?!

I have no idea why you have a problem using the database. It was designed for the average moron to use. Again, nothing you say here is true.

Sorry bub, try again.

WR, Remaining Games (proj)
Rankings Projected:

D. Jackson 43
T. Owens 44
M. Harrison 46
T. Holt 50

Though I was wrong on Randy Moss... he's 51, but in another measure he's the 11th WR (proj fant pts / remaining games).

Though apparently the rankings are different under Season (proj).

Maybe there are problems with the database, because they give two seperate rankings for something measuring the same exact thing (since Remaining Games are all of them)!!

And then in Season (proj), Randy Moss has a projected ranking of 6, making him the highest ranked WR, but is the 11th WR in fan pts!! WTF?!

If we had defensive player rankings you'd see how messed up it was (Zop knows about that... FFZ was a mess with those players).

The Yahoo projections can indeed be rather awkward at times. The most important thing, however, is that the projected ranking is based on Yahoo's default scoring system.

We use a different scoring system, so the projected fantasy points become irrelevant.

Oh well. With kickers who knows how many points you are going to get anyway. They're all about the same. I'm wondering if I should go with the projections and play Tenn def this week instead of Philly. Tenn plays the Steelers. Philly plays at Alt.

Cause we all know that last year Bulger had a higher passer rating and more TDs per attempt... oh wait! He didn't!

Though I LOVE how you picked Week 1. Because you didn't know that the Rams were at the 49ers that week while the Bucs were at the Vikings... noooo.. just a coincidence, I'm sure .
