British PM responds to "offer"

Gary Smith appeared at the steps of 10 Downing Street today to respond to the kind offer of 1000 gold pieces for the nation of greece. However Mr Smith pointed out that selling the sovereignity of a nation, any nation, goes against the democratic principles which have been highlighted in recent months. Also Mr Smith noted that Greece occupies a very strategic position in the Med and that, while the relations with the Med League are very cordial at this moment they could change in the future and in those circumstances Britain would be very wise indeed to hang onto Greece. So Mr Smith regrets to inform Italy and Turkey that Greece is, and always will be, under the control of Britain.

In other news the British army has begun exercises in Greece in conjunction with the Naval exercises off cyprus.

The nation of Jugoslavia has moved its troops which hindered the CEU freight's passage last month. Feel free to pass.

Andreas Kleshnikov would like to personally thank President Henriko Lohmandero on his nation's gracious gift of money to Jugoslavia. We have puchased new equipments for the futhering of the Mediterranean Raillines, as well as a complete industrial facility in our most productive city. Many schools were erected this month and the people have begun rejoicing in thier newfound statehood!

As is well and quiet in Jugoslavia.

Two Finds Them

Last November four freight were seeking their destinies. One found theirs in Liverpool, and another in Alexandria. The other two had a tough time due to delays, minor road problems, and even the fact that one of the cities no longer cares for what they carry. But they shall press forward, forward into their own destinies. I cannot make it for them, neither can you. They must make their own destinies.

Not much happened, the British army began their exercises outside of athens today. Amazingly a few of their shells seemed to go off course and hit certain homes, or batches of homes. The british army apologizes for the damage.

	Skt.Petersburg Railroad Co. founded Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

Railroad construction in the russian democratic union continues at a breathtaking pace. Already several lines to the west have opened, and more are to follow. Infrastructure within Russia improves steadily all along, and russian economy is stronger than ever.

In other news, the new city of Vladivostok was founded at a particularly attractive location south of Moscow. More such centres of recreation are expected to follow in the future

Yes, this is the case. I have set my attitudes several times, only to have others tell me its no good. Actually to me, my attitudes appear to be what I set them, ie Worshipful to the Turks and Italians, and favorable to everyone else.

Bottom line is dont listen to my advisor.

Must be that we Jugos are stuck playing in the Frenchmen's slot.

Being as this game is played purely by human players the ingame "reputation" shouldn't matter anyway...

In order to shed some light on how the game is going, I decided to post these (It might also be interesting for any spectators still here).

In other news Italy has removed her artillery regiment from the german vinyards, however the workers seems reluctant to return, despite having abondoned the place months ago, the German workers haven't returned.
The Italian-French citizens of Lyons are begining to debate wether the germans have abondoned them forever, in which case it only seems fair that they could take advantage of them...

The save with fixed reputations (and removed vendettas).
The only ones with clean reputations where the spanish, who also seem to have been the only nation apart from russia that the jugoslavians didnt have a vendetta with.
Oh and also, all passwords was removed as a sideeffect, if we decide to use this save please reenter your passwords (I've allready done so).

In this month the Jugoslavian economy saw its first exports leaving the shipping yards. A delivery of Dye to Vienna was most lucrative, as it traversed the entirety of our humble nation to reach its destination.

Andreas Kleshnikov was rather distressed when word came back from the Gold shippers on their way to Dresden. This last month has seen the CEU asking for total use of the Jugoslavian rail lines, which we agreed to. They then insisted we complete rail bypasses on our lines. They even offered a bit of compensation for our workers. However, they have not chosen to build rail bypasses themselves!

Jugoslavia will not be the funnel through which the Medeterranean League's economy gets flooded with CUE products. What we have here is the CUE wanting unencumbered passage to 3 nations, while not allowing those same 3 nations equal passage on its own rails.

We wish that all nations initiate rail bypass projects in the near future if they are not already underway. These can be closed when needed by the owning nation, but for now in these times of peace, it is in all of our best interests to let trade flourish.

Let it be noted that the raillines to the CUE remain open, and our military shall have no orders to close them.

Let me be the first to appologise (and hopefully the on)ly one considering no one else has control of my nation ) for the inconvinience of the lack of bypasses. Currently my engineers are working on polution detail, restoring French infrastructure, and building bypasses further north with Russia and our more northern cities. More engineers are being produced to handle the ever increasing need for their skills in the future European economy.

I hope that this inconvinience does not detere further trade in the future, and thanks again for keeping your nation open to trade. The nations of the CEU salute you!

I of all peoples understand the demands of civil infastructure, as I have been hard at work organizing the rebuilding of our nation. Here in Jugoslavia, we are pleading with the universities to open more engineering programs as our pool of qualified workes is being stretched thin already. We empathise with your worker shortage.

Full rail bypasses to italy shall be complete next month, and work is hurriedly being completed on the bypasses to the Turks along the coast. Rail bypasses to Russia via Belgrade shall take a bit longer as the terrain in the east is more mountainous.

We hope you enjoy the fine gold products being sent to Dresden at this time, and we look forward to receiving CEU shipments of goods in the future.
