Um, the following statements by the Jugoslavian government were made far more recently than a few years ago, and didn't appear to be any cort of unified ML policy:

I'm saying that all these policies have been revoked, and that the railroads into the CEU have been reopened. I have no idea what you're referring to.

Election Results of the CEU Houses:
Populists: 35%
Hawk: 25%
Dove:20%
Wolf: 18%
Other: 2%
The Welsh Speaking Greek from America, Ioannes, has been elected once more to the Presidency, albeit, the election was hard. The only reason he won was due to the incoherence of the opposition. So there.
The Populist Party is incuraging the building of schools around the CEU so that all of our citizens may be well learned and compete in an ever growing world.
The Members of the Hawk Party are promoting building of fortifications within the CEU, just in case. However, they are still for trade, unlike the Wolf party.
With the Populists and Hawks in control, things are more or less as usual. I guess 
Oh, and everyone, remember to press Cnt-N. My units got screwed up all over the place. Its a nasty surprise to see tons of heavy artillery fly all over the place. :/

Moscow is Capital again
After having had a marathon of debates with the other leaders und subleaders of the Russian Revolution about the future of Mother Russia, Atznin, who is obviously the dominant leader of the revolutionary masses, yesterday drove right into Moscow, the old Capital of Russia until St.Petersburg was founded in 1701, and held a great speech proclaming all russians free to elections being held within 2 months.
He then installed the Moscow Sowjet in the Kremlin and proclaimed it to be a government until elections are held. This step alone improved the faith Russians have in their country and the neighbouring cities such as tula are now under the direct rule of the Moscow Sowjet. Still it depends on the elections(of the next oedo year *G*) to determine which way Russia will go in the future.
Atznin according to reports of well informed sources backs a Democratic System like in the CEU while other leaders favour a Socialist System.
What will the future bring to our Mother Russia?
Russia is open to peace for all nations, we want no war. Yet gifts of technology or money to strengthen the democratic Russia are welcome. Finally Russia wants to now with whom to trade freely? Are there any protectionist obstacles of any nation then tell me please.
