I managed to download 50 out of 74 MB of the video.
I'll post some screenshots in this thread.

I'll soon put the video up for download by the apolyton crew,
and ask MarkG to put it on the Apolyton Server.

Ok, I have the video and have managed to convert it to DivX format which now means it is only 35MB!! Pretty much same quality. I still can't find anywhere to host it though.

Anyone have any ideas????

	Increase the size of your Attachments

Blacksurf, I've PM you the URL of my server,
including username and password, so you can upload it.
When you have uploaded it'll make it public to everyone.
Right now I have only a part of the video. (there are pauses all the time)

ok, I got the vid ready for download.
If you guys have some patience than I'll finish what I'm doing right now (ripping a cd so I can burn it on my other computer ) and finish watching the movie.

AFter that I'll reboot my computer (for fast performance) and put the link here.

Than I want to ask Markos or Dan to host the file on the apolyton server since my bandwith isn't that good.

If any Firaxis member doesn't want me to make this video public, tell me and I'll not upload it / remove it. I don't upload it to harm Firaxis, but I do so because I want to share things with my apolyton friends. (I sound very lovely, don't I ? *grin*)

One thing that has kinda gotten to me is how much Firaxis is bragging about the game. On their website it pretty much say that it will be the best game of history and that its the sequel to the best game ever and all that stuff all over the place. Bragging can be good if you can back it up, but i hope they put some time on the game and not just on marketing it.

History tells that the best games (and movies) aint the ones people assume will be great but the ones the developers really has to work to make the game good and donīt live on a old license.

But Firaxis is Firaxis and havent failed me much before (I liked Gettysburg, I was neutral to SMAC) so I dont think they will screw up, but im telling you, It has happened before. We (the customers) can do Firaxis and ourselves a favor and not buy the game before we have heard rewievs and perhaps played it at a friend. This will make Firaxis to put some effort in the game and really try to deliver the best game ever, as they put it.

A good game speaks for itself.
