We've all heard of Cardinal Sin from the Phillipines, but what other funny names do you know of?

I know heaps, but the one that comes to mind is the New South Wales Minister for Gaming, with the charming name of Richard Face

Why is it that "Paul not very handsome" is the one people go for, when "Paul Handsome" has the exact same amount of sylables and therefore fits much better?
