Keygen has got the idea quite some time ago. It's the so-called CtP-MP Info Center. However, he never finsihed it, and that's why I detopped the thread some time ago.

Well, I am about to finish most of it.
It got so big that it doesn't fit in a single post.

Keygen, take no offence, but I believe you're taking too much. You just should drop some of the things you're doing... don't get sick .

The maximal post length is 20000 characters.

I wasn't able to play any turn sent to me yesterday afternoon and night. Therefore there might be a slight delay to some of them until I play them tonight.

	Patches for No-CD check! Increase the size of your Attachments

Two patches zipped in one file:

a) The first (CTPv120h.exe) applies to the C:CtP with the 1.2 update installed.

b) The second (CTPv125h.exe) applies to the C:CtP with both the 1.2 update and 1.21 Hack installed.

I have tested it on the English version and it works so I don't know for sure whether it is applicable in the localized versions but I guess it is.

I found it yesterday in the Internet and it is for Windows. I haven't found it for other platforms.

If your copy isn't installed in the default installation folder then you will have to manually enter the path in the No-CD patch. That would be "\ctp_program\ctp".

Make sure to backup the civctp.exe file located in the above path before you apply the patch.

Also it would be better if you have a full installation of C:CtP otherwise the videos won't be available on request.

However without the CD you won't be able to hear music as well. Only the sounds.

Have fun with it

So there might be a slight delay in the games he plays or moderates (Face of Earth, Three Guns, Chicken Run, Fixed game, High Voltage, Strife & Aint No Fun).

I have yet to recieve many of the turns that used to get through to me on a frequent basis and find that this would be the best thread to ask where everybody is.
Live Wire: Message recieved, no turn attached.
Eagles at War: Where's the turn? I haven't seen one in at least a week.
Bulletproof: Been waiting almost as long for the turn.
Chicken Run: I'm having problems even finding the thread for it.
R2 Islands: Same problem as Chicken Run.

If you guys are having trouble sending to flameflash@mac.com as there seems to be a problem in Live Wire please send to my alternate address at dsecurity@gate.net and let me know that the flameflash@mac.com account isn't working so that I can attempt to repair it.

My appologies for my recent disappearance and the delays I have cost. It has been quite hard for me to follow up with my turns and the forum posts lately. In addition I was temporary with no Internet access for the past week as well. I am not sure if I will fully recover my available time to the old status in the near future so I will need perma subs (not replacements) for all my games to fill my shoes and keep the games moving faster than current. I will be able to play in time most of the times (I hope) but sometimes I might not.

Since Yahoo has stopped offering email downloading & forwarding for free until I decide if it worth it to pay for it you may temporary send all turns and emails to marc13@otenet.gr.

Sorry guys for not letting you know about it earlier but I expected things to get easier earlier

So I stick my tongue out and I pray for better pbem days

Now here's a nice announcement for those who care... a bothersome one for those who hate hang-ups in PBEM games:

As of June 1, 2002 my wife gave birth to our son!!!

He was 7 pounds and 4 ounces... those of you non-Americans with a converter mind figuring the grams for me? I don't currently have the time

Mother and son are doing wonderfully, but are still in the hospital, so father doesn't have any time to play PBEM games until the whole family comes home tomorrow (most likely). For those games I'm taking a part in setting up (Fast Fliers) my apologies and I ask that you please be patient, the game should be running by this next weekend.

For those of you in other PBEM games, my apologies at the hold-up. I'll ask that if I don't have a sub in some of the games that the moderator step in and play if the fellow players don't want to wait another day for the turn. Though keep in mind I would like to play my own turn, so please do so if the natives are getting restless.

I'll post this in the Cafe as well just to make sure everybody has a chance to see it... for those that act like they're not having a clue, please tell them what's going on.
