Just a confirmation regarding my above post that there will be some delays on my behalf. Cumulative with the loss of my Internet connection for the past few days it won't be very easy for me to post and play every day. OK, I just changed ISP's and it seems to have affected the accuracy of my hotmail turn transfer - lots of "game file size" errors.

Folks, I'll be away for 2 weeks. I'll try to get onto the net on my travels to play my turns (I've got the game and patches on discs with me), but in the event I don't, I'm happy for the moderators to play my turns for me.

Real life: there has been a major bushfire in my city, power, phone and gas are all down. 2300 in evacuation centres, 100's of homes destroyed. I was fighting fire outside my front door yesterday. It may be a while before I can play a turn. I was planning a 2 week holiday in any case. I'm writing this from work (I work for the local power and water authority).

Having some serious problems with e-mail and Internet... I'm lucky I'm getting on here... but my outgoing mail server seems to be what is mainly screwed up... sorry I haven't gotten on sooner to post the delay, but all turns are ready to go out once the mail server is working again...
