I consider anyone who intentionally has a disabled child to be a child-abuser, as boddies said. As far as I am concerned if they cant make responsible decisions regarding their own reproduction they deserve to be sterilized.

It would be OK because it wouldn't be their choice, they didn't pick their genes after all. These monsters picked a disabled baby.

By the way, deafness and other disabilities should be eliminated from the genepool. Is there anyone here who can seriously tell me they think there is a reason for them to stay?
