Ah, what do other Libertarians support that I disagree with? Nothing really, although I think it is necessary to eliminate social services, welfare, subsidized health care, the minimum wage, etc., before opening our borders.

to quote Human Rights Watch:
Our research shows that blacks comprise 62.7 percent and whites 36.7 percent of all drug offenders admitted to state prison, even though federal surveys and other data detailed in this report show clearly that this racial disparity bears scant relation to racial differences in drug offending. There are, for example, five times more white drug users than black. Relative to population, black men are admitted to state prison on drug charges at a rate that is 13.4 times greater than that of white men. In large part because of the extraordinary racial disparities in incarceration for drug offenses, blacks are incarcerated for all offenses at 8.2 times the rate of whites. One in every 20 black men over the age of 18 in the United States is in state or federal prison, compared to one in 180 white men.
So you see, law enforcement in the United States is, as it always has been, biased against people who are not white. The letter of the law may make no distiction between the 'races', but the police, while enforcing the law (selectively) do. Drug use is just as rampant amoung whites in America as it is amoung blakcs; but the police in white neighborhoods don't stop and frisk people for no reason as they do in minority neighborhoods. And when drugs are found on whites the police just tell the offenders to throw the drugs into the bush or into the garbage.
In synopsis, when the playing field is level, we can terminate affirmative action.
Thank You.

Control for income levels and tell me how it comes out. You'll find that a poor crackhead (white or black) is a lot more likely to
a) get busted, and
b) do time
than his rich cousin doing coke in Beverly Hills is...

A "cop killer" bullet is perfectly legitimate ammo that has the added bonus of penetrating most body armor.
Felons already can't own guns, so banning certain types of ammo not only gives off a presumption of guilt, but also affects only law abiding citizens.

And things of that nature. |
1. Without regulation on guns, society would turn into the old West. Only instead of six-shooters, everyone would have assault rifles. And since the frontier towns are cities now, there would be many times over the amount of violence. David, even with gun regulation, over 30,000 people a year are shot to death in the US. The US has the highest per capita murder rate of any Western Nation, and also the least restrictive gun laws.
2. Even at this juncture, business isn't regulated enough. With less regulation, businesses would engage in more pyramid schemes, joint monopolies, and parallel pricing scams even more than they occur today. Society would become like a feudal system. 1% of the country would hold 99% of the wealth, or more even.
3. Did you know that corporations receive more welfare money that is used in all other social programs for the lower class? And without these social programs the streets would be filled with even more drug dealers and criminals than they are today.
4. Without foreign aid, countries wouldn't be able to develop, or sustain, their economies or infrastructures. Like it or not, the capitalist system you worship has forced the US into a symbiotic dependency on foreign aid. Without aid, other countries would suffer economic collapse and in this global economy, when one country fails, other follow. That's when fascist regimes rise up. Although I don't think you'd be opposed to that.
5. OMFG, I actually agree with you.
6. HOLY SH!T IT HAPPENED TWICE... I bet the devil is making some wicked snowmen.
7. I'm not sure what you mean, please elaborate.

Normally, I'm a tolerant person. But I still have my limits.
1. Misleading and deceitful governments and political parties (especially during the weeks leading up to election days)
2. Scapegoating against any legitimate demographic.
3. Tax-exempt status on religous estate.
4. Legalisation of nonsensical religious practices such as "Faith Healing".
That's all that comes to mind at this point.
